AIS LIMS

AIS LIMS software is wholly owned by AIS Ltd and the company has no affiliation with any other organisation.

AIS Ltd is a focused single product company. This is what makes us different from our competitors. We are an accomplished service orientated organisation dedicated to solving customers' problems. As a self-financing, independent privately owned company, AIS has the ability to make timely decisions and, when necessary, change course rapidly to provide superior customer care. Since the company was formed, we have built the skills and capability to deliver the complete range of LIMS development, installation, configuration and support processes.

Our Commitment to customer support comes as standard.

Training is key to our customer support. AIS provides for training of the system manager and all users. Training is offered either on-site and at our own modern training centre in Ledbury. The training sessions normally take place using the customer's own software configuration. This allows all users to get the maximum benefit from their training by getting up to speed as soon as possible. Training is always tailored to individual customer needs and their industry.

AIS provide as standard a 9 to 5 Help desk 5 days per week. Special arrangements are provided, as individual customer needs demand.

We don't mind which industry you are from!

AIS LIMS
AIS LIMS software is a well established product currently in its sixth revision. The software is designed using object-oriented architecture for 32-bit bit Windows-based platforms and is developed using Computer Associates Visual Objects II, utilising client-server database strategy. The software is therefore completely scaleable over Microsoft Windows NT/2000 and Novell Netware.
